The Accounts Payable Oversight and Inventory Control Leader will bridge the gap between corporate finance and factory-floor supply chain operations. You will fully own the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) automated process in ZipHQ, managing critical component vendor relationships while supervising physical inventory control, materials tracing, and manufacturing cost variance. Your goal is to maximize working capital efficiency, eliminate engineering and manufacturing department’s P2P bottlenecks, and enforce rigorous financial controls as we scale hardware production. This role is based at our headquarters in Miami, FL. Relocation to Miami, FL is required, and relocation assistance will be provided.
