Re:Build DAPR Engineering, LLC (DAPR) is an engineering design and analysis consulting firm in Nashua, New Hampshire. We work with customers across many industries to develop and deliver turnkey industrial machines to meet their unique requirements. Who are we looking for?
As an assembler, you must have an interest in mechanics and the ability to notice and address small details. An outstanding assembler should comprehend and follow detailed verbal and written instructions, as well as diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents, and be a great teammate.
What you get to do!
• Perform a variety of production and manufacturing processes, such as staging production assembly parts and manually installing key tops, switches, levers, and wires.
• Operate various production assembly machines and use hand tools to make, repair, and assemble parts and products.
• Read and interpret technical documents, including basic engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material, schematics, blueprints, operating procedures, and other verbal or written instructions.
• Exercise responsibility for the quantity and quality of parts.
• Visually inspect parts to standards, identify defective or flawed items, handle them according to established procedures, and return flawed products to Production for reworking.
• Work with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
• Pack finished product.
• Document work on forms and graphs.
• Fix issues with inoperative equipment and use reason to solve problems as they arise.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Keep a clean and tidy workspace.
• Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
What you will bring to the team
• A High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Skilled in mechanics.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors.
Location: 100% onsite - Merrimack, NH
The hourly rate for this position is $18.13 - $27.20. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
