As Commercial Contracts Associate, at Impulse, you will be the first line of legal support for our commercial contracting activity – owning the first cut on agreements, moving deals forward efficiently, and ensuring Impulse's commercial relationships are structured to support a fast-growing business. This is a mid-level role for an attorney with solid commercial contracts experience who is eager to build and own a function, not just execute tasks. You will report to the VP, Government and Regulatory Affairs and work closely with Business Development, Finance, and legal team members to support Impulse’s growing portfolio of commercial launch and in-space transportation agreements. NOTE: This position is on-site (Redondo Beach)
