Employees will work with sensitive electronic components and must always follow established ESD safety protocols. The work setting may be fast-paced and requires sustained focus, precision, and attention to detail. The environment includes the use of hand tools, electronic testing equipment, and designated ESD-safe workstations. Physical and environmental requirements include: • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements • Ability to handle small, delicate electronic components • Ability to visually inspect components and assemblies, including close-up detail work • Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels • Ability and willingness to comply with all ESD controls, including use of wrist straps, mats, grounding equipment, and other required PPE All employees are required to follow safety, quality, and ESD procedures and to immediately report any ESD, equipment, or quality concerns.
