As AI drives unprecedented demand for power and data center capacity, the bottleneck is no longer chips – it is energy, grid infrastructure, and the ability to deliver new capacity at speed.  We are looking for a Data Center Development Lead to help solve that problem. You will be responsible for taking data center projects from concept through to Ready-to-Build and energisation. You will own the technical and development workstreams required to transform a site from an opportunity into a deliverable project. You will work across site selection, power strategy, grid connections, planning, engineering, design development, permitting, utility engagement, and delivery readiness. This is a highly technical role for someone who understands both infrastructure development and engineering. You will help build the infrastructure that enables the next generation of AI.
