The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Radical as our first dedicated designer—partnering directly with our Director of Digital Experience to shape experiences across our lab informatics platform, Sentinel, and hardware-facing lab display interfaces. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on shipping fast, working close to complex technical domains, and making data-rich software feel intuitive. Design and engineering are tightly coupled at Radical. Expect to sit in on engineering reviews, iterate quickly based on direct feedback from scientists, roboticists, and mechanical engineers, and have real ownership over product quality. We move fast and value taste, pragmatism, and clear thinking over process overhead.
