This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role. You’ll own the full talent lifecycle and play a critical role in shaping the team, the culture, and how Laminar grows. At Laminar, we’re transforming factory operations through automation, data intelligence, and sustainability. The people you bring in—and how you bring them in—will directly define our trajectory. You’ll run high-volume, high-impact recruiting across technical and business roles, while also building the systems behind onboarding, performance, and retention so every new hire hits the ground running and contributes at a high level. This role reports to the Head of Operations and partners closely with leadership, including the Co-Founders.
