The Senior Production Supervisor leads complex, high-volume aerospace manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer commitments are met. This role provides advanced leadership across production teams and drives operational performance in a fast-paced, highly regulated aerospace environment. Working with limited supervision, this role partners with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Planning, and Program Management to ensure production readiness, resolve operational issues, and drive performance improvements. The position is responsible for cross-functional alignment, escalation management, workforce capability, and compliance with internal procedures and AS9100 requirements.
